DEFINE
Define any needed variables.

FORM
Results in a line that should be included in the frame should be 'VERSION' if schd-versions are included

UPDATE
Updates the info line. Takes 3 or 4 parms. They are:

  1. Name of browser widget (not a handle)
  2. Name of school year buffer
  3. Name of building buffer
  4. Optional. Name of schd-version buffer
