Purpose
This include file offers services useful to printing reports in SPM.
Arguments are
DEFINE [NEW]
To set up the stream and related things for printing a report. To create shared
environment; optional
FORMAT
To do some formatting work
SITE-INFO (site buffer) (building buffer) (width) (Variable)
To build site info for printing in report site buffer to reference building buffer to
reference width to work with. Site info to pass back to report
